How should I use a clarifying shampoo? Lots of unwanted stuff can land on and stick to our hair, which can weigh our hair down or even cause drying and yellowing of our color.

Yuck! We recommend clarifying your hair every other week on a normal basis. You will receive better results from hair masks or treatments if you clarify beforehand.

If you wash your hair once per week, we recommend shampooing twice on wash day: First, with a clarifying shampoo then followed by your regular shampoo.

Plastic:

Products made of plastic are often stamped with a number. Look at the bottom of your bottle for the number.

1. Types 1 and 2 plastics may be tossed into recycle bin

2. Types 3-7 plastics may not be permitted in your recycle bin check with your municipality on guidelines

Clean out plastic packaging thoroughly and place it in the recycle bin; remove plastic pumps, droppers, sprayers, or other closures, and toss them in the trash bin. Caps check with your city if they take caps. Some do!

Amazing Clarifying Shampoo!

I have tried dozens of Clarigying Shampoos in my life and despise the feeling of having to deal with the length of my hair feeling so stripped and like a rats next simple to give my scalp a deep clean. I have wavy naturally frizzy hair as is so not a fan of drying my hair out more just to "clean" it. I have tried vlarifirts frol many natural brands and even with less of the sulfates they equally leave my hair so squeaky clean I can barely revn get my finger through it when rinsing out. I am new to O&M and decided to try the Detox as my first products per great reviews and ingredients among loved the mint aspect. Wow so pleasantly surprised. Unlike many mainstream products that put so much menthol in their shampoo it feel like your scalp is on fire this one end very mild and pleasant among super low lather but great slip and spread through hair so effortlessly. I did 2 lathers as I always do so by no means did I have to use a crazy amount of product. Only those who are obsessed with lather would have an issue with this shampoo. Such a quality clean without leaving my hair tangled and officially my new staple clarifier to use every few weeks. I could easily recommend this to use even daily or weekly to someone who has an oily scalp otherwise as someone who doesnt use heavy styling products or has endless buildup from hairspray or dry shampoos s clarifier is not needed often at all. I will definitely be trying other products from the line!

Smells lovely

Liked the shampoo, only used a couple of times so far. I love the smell. I think it did well cleansing my scalp. It doesn’t have the foaming ingredients of tradition shampoo so that maybe off putting.
