Pro Tip
How should I use a clarifying shampoo? Lots of unwanted stuff can land on and stick to our hair, which can weigh our hair down or even cause drying and yellowing of our color. Yuck! We recommend clarifying your hair every other week on a normal basis. You will receive better results from hair masks or treatments if you clarify beforehand. If you wash your hair once per week, we recommend shampooing twice on wash day: First, with a clarifying shampoo then followed by your regular shampoo.

How To Use

Apply a knob of product to damp hair. Gently massage the scrub paste on the scalp to obtain a rich foam adding water if necessary.

Rinse thoroughly and then apply a nourishing conditioner or mask. Use every two or three shampoos. Rinse thoroughly in case of contact with eyes. Follow with a hair mask to receive optimal benefits.

How to Recycle

Products made of plastic are often stamped with a number. Look at the bottom of your bottle for the number.

1. Types 1 and 2 plastics may be tossed into recycle bin

2. Types 3-7 plastics may not be permitted in your recycle bin check with your municipality on guidelines

Clean out plastic packaging thoroughly and place it in the recycle bin; remove plastic pumps, droppers, sprayers, or other closures, and toss them in the trash bin. Caps check with your city if they take caps. Some do!

SOLU sea salt scrub and cleanser

This is a great product. I use it weekly as a Sunday shampoo. Works for oily hair and provides gentle exfoliation. The fragrance is therapeutic as well. Highly recommend. Davines products are a notch above.

Gentle exfoliate!

If you’re looking for a scalp scrub, this one is more gentle than the Innersense brand. I love them both. When my scalp is really irritated I lean towards this one. When my scalp needs a deep reset, I use Innersense. I hope this is helpful!
