How To Use

Shake before each use. Apply to damp hair all over, twist hair into sections, and air dry to create perfect beachy texture. For major volume, apply at the roots and blow out. To create separation and volume, apply mid-shaft through ends of dry hair.

How to Recycle

Plastic:

Products made of plastic are often stamped with a number. Look at the bottom of your bottle for the number.

Types 1 and 2 plastics may be tossed into recycle bin

Clean out plastic packaging thoroughly and place it in the recycle bin; remove plastic pumps, droppers, sprayers, or other closures, and toss them in the trash bin. Caps check with your city if they take caps. Some do!

Texture is soft and touchable

This must does not give me as much of a wave as the Bumble&Bumble Surf Foam Spray, but the texture is much softer! I actually prefer the scent and feel of this product. My hair has a slight natural wave and I am a simple one-product person, so this mist is perfect for me!

My #1 Sea Salt Mist

Got this in a Favorites set and this ended up being my Favorite. While I really liked the other products in the set, this worked the best for me (fine hair, 2a/b, gets oily fast). On my waves/curls it helped to hold without being sticky (paired with Living Proof In Shower Styler). On blow dried, hot brushed dry hair I like to spray it on my hands and run them through my hair and then twist up for about 15-30 min- comes out with a moveable, bouncy, slight wave with a bit of hold. It does have a scent, which I actually like. It's sort of an almond or marzipan scent, hard to describe. It does dissipate. The only negative is the sprayer was terrible, so I replaced it with the sprayer from another bottle that has a finer mist.

Best Salt Spray

Love love love this sea salt spray! It's fine, isn't sticky, and doesn't leave your hair feel crunchy, it adds just the right amount texture and smells amazing.

Helps hair retain volume

I quite like this stuff, though I think I use it a bit unconventionally. I have short, thick hair that gets limp by the next afternoon (I wash it daily in the evenings). I spray and tousle a bit of this stuff on after showering, while my hair is still damp, and my hair retains a really nice volume the next day. I don't mind the smell at all--reminds me a bit of almonds--but I don't use that much of it at once. I'll definitely be repurchasing once I run out. The fact that it's got the Clean ingredients stamp doesn't hurt either.
